deadmau5’s longtime management firm Seven20 has constantly been embracing new forms of art. Now, the Seven20 family excitedly welcomes visual artist Alan Bolton to their growing roster of world-renowned talent. Bolton is joining the likes of deadmau5, Qrion, Callie Reiff, Spencer Brown, and more.
“The intersection of tech and music has been synonymous with the deadmau5 brand since inception,” shared CEO & Founder of Seven20, Dean Wilson. “With NFTs, it’s important to respect the space – and for us, that means discovering and developing the next generation of digital artists, the same way we do with electronic ones. We’re thrilled to welcome Alan to the team, and proud to present his collaborations to the world.”
Having already made quite the name for himself within the NFT space, Alan Bolton is teaming up with deadmau5’s house-centric label hau5trap for its first ever NFT collection. Available on Tuesday, April 27 via MakersPlace, the drop includes a 1 of 1 one-minute audio piece, and 2 open editions of 15-second audio loops. This is one of the first ever NFT collaborations between a record label and visual artist.
