Brightside and Five Star are dropping “Hunnids” on Electric Hawk Records with their latest anthem. This collaboration starts with a brooding build that introduces the main theme of the track while the main vocals slowly present themselves into the beat.
The drop hits with punchy kicks and a whole lot of sub-bass that get the listener revved up. Powerful bass kicks and zany synths keep the track’s high energy afloat before a growling second drops drop kicks us into another dimension. The remainder finishes with high energy kicks and drum patterns, leaving everyone yearning for more music.
“This song is about keeping it real. The main sample ‘keep it one hundred’ resonated with me because so much of the music industry, work life, etc. is all about trying to keep up an appearance or to act a certain way, but when I worked on this song it reminded me about why I started writing music in the first place and what’s actually important to me,” shared Five Star in a press statement. “That is, feeling comfortable being my authentic self and keeping it real with my friends, new and old.”
