New to Absent Mind this week is the captivating single ‘My Way’ from LPACA and Brenda Eden. The producer and singer make an excellent team, having already demonstrated their combined strengths with ‘Fantasy’ a while back.
Now they showcase breathy, expansive tones and rich melodies with their cut. A murmuring R&B beat lays down the foundations for some soulful melodies and mellow, guitar-driven groove. It couldn’t sound more appropriate for a rainy mid-week listen and we’re here for it.
