HARD Day Of The Dead Returns to LA State Historic Park

HARD Day Of The Dead 2019 – HARD Day Of The Dead has announced its highly anticipated lineup, returning to its urban home of LA State Historic Park on November 2. For the seventh iteration of the festival, HARD Events will once again transform the iconic Downtown Los Angeles park into an immersive Dia De Los Muertos themed celebration.

Tickets on Sale Friday, August 9 @ 10 AM PST.

Day of the Dead attendees will be treated to a headlining performance from dance music’s ultimate duo Dog Blood, comprised of dubstep tastemaker Skrillex and Berlin-based house maestro Boys Noize. Top-tier billing continues with Cuttin’ Headz label bosses The Martinez Brothers, deep house and techno cuts from Zhu’s BLACKLIZT project, and internationally acclaimed experimental bass producer TOKiMONSTA. Joining the Day of the Dead industry elite will be Crosstown Rebels and Day Zero founder Damian Lazarus, anonymous electropop songwriter Elohim, and Dirtybird mainstay Justin Martin.

The lineup extends further with even more forward-thinking music curation and world-class acts such as high-octane house forerunner Melé, first-lady of Hot Creations Lauren Lane, the mysterious bass-heavy connoisseur 1788-L, and versatile OWSLA veteran Josh Pan as he goes b2b with trap duo X&G. The LA underground will be represented with cutting edge sounds from John Bryars, A Club Called Rhonda favorites Goddollars & Paradise, trap-reggaeton genre blender Rosa Pistola, renowned dance music collective Brownies & Lemonade, and electronic newcomer Softest Hard.

Just steps away from the Metro Gold Line and just a mile from Union Station, LA State Historic Park is a 34-acre grassy outdoor oasis located in the heart of Downtown LA. The park recently underwent a multi-year, multi-million dollar renovation that has made it the ideal home for one of the cities most celebrated events.
