New from Rome Fortune this week is ‘Pace,’ a down-tempo gem with production from UZ. The Atlanta based MC has worked with UZ before, with their track ‘Leave It’ a hugely popular release.
This latest sound is one for the hip-hop heads, and it couldn’t be an easier track to listen to. Gently flickering notes of piano and a silky smooth beat leaves space for Rome Fortune’s vocals to fold out over the top. He says of ‘Pace’ – “Pace is based on a premise of welcoming all elemental opposition experienced along my professional journey, essentially serving as strength & condition training for an ‘ascend.’ It can also be viewed as simply taking the good with the bad to make best version of yourself.”
