The seriously talented Justin Jesso has just released the official video to his one of the singles from his Let It Be Me EP. Released at the latter stages of 2018, ‘Getting Closer’ definitely earned its place of one of Jesso’s best pieces of work to date.
It’s had over a million streams so far, and Jesso is an artist with a star set to keep rising. The video sums up the soulful vibe of the tune beautifully; understated but full of raw emotion. It switches between footage of the artist on tour and playing shows, showing him alone on stage carving out the message behind ‘Getting Closer.’ Direction comes from Kyle Cogan, with Justyn Moro as DOP.
