LOOPERS – ‘Everything Goes Black‘ – You can always count on LOOPERS to deliver dancefloor gold. An integral part of STMPD RCRDS, he returns to the label for yet another outing this year, following on from September’s intense ‘I’m Heavy.’
Gnarly electro bass sounds worm their way through hyped breakbeat rhythms in the intro, with a gruff dancehall style vocal building the intensity. A short, sharp build powers us to the drop where an elasticated electro house groove bends and pumps with dark hoover blasts interspersing. More phat low end pressure greets us in the next section as the breakbeat rhythm returns and the vocal chops up manically. The dark tension only leaves you more excited for what’s to come. A monster of a dancefloor track, it’s larger-than-life and punches in all the right places.
LOOPERS previously collaborated with the likes of STMPD boss Martin Garrix and Steve Aoki and after a successful ADE—where he rocked the massive STMPD RCRDS party—he has been busy back in the studio working on more huge jams.
