OYO – ‘Powerless‘ – OYO, or to use his full moniker “Official Youth Order,” has teamed up with TEMPLE to co-wrote this slice of euphoric dance with overtones of drum ‘n’ bass, brass and addictive electro vibes.
The track has been expertly mixed by Dutch-born Thom Bridges who is the co-producer and remixer for Yellow Claw and Bassjackers and who has collaborated with Tiësto, DJ Snake and Tinie Tempah amongst many others. The life of OYO is full of twists and turns… from producing and writing for many diverse acts world-wide to having his soundtrack themes being used in major movies & TV such as Breaking Bad and Anchorman 2.
His love of music is all encompassing and he tries to ensure his work connects at a very deep and emotional level with the listener – he is intense and passionate and this theme can be heard in his produced works.
This joint collaboration with OYO is already generated loads of tastemaker buzz under its own steam, but now with an upcoming release on Discowax – support is about to grow ever-wider as ‘Powerless‘ starts to rattle round in your head.
