What So Not – Divide & Conquer – Australian electronic phenomenon, What So Not, has released his debut solo EP, Divide & Conquer, earlier this week through the massive and well-known label, OWSLA. The 7-track immense project sees Emoh tip his hat to the past while also sending What So Not on a new journey.
The EP opens with his heavy title track, ‘Divide & Conquer‘ before dipping into a surreal interlude on ‘Severance‘ and transitioning seamlessly into previous 6 million streamed hit, ‘Lone,’ which features producers, GANZ & JOY. It then continues into a trilogy of progressive dance tracks, ‘Buried – feat. George Maple & Rome Fortune,’ ‘Montreal – feat. Kimbra‘ and ‘Trust – feat. Burns.’ Capping off the EP with its final interlude, ‘Adieu,’ listeners enjoy lush and beautiful sounds that continue to strengthen What So Not‘s position as a musical producing innovator of bass and experimental dance music.
What So Not will be bringing these new sounds across North America on his Divide & Conquer Tour starting September 15th, his largest headline tour to date. The tour will bring him to major renowned venues like LA’s Fonda Theatre, San Diego’s Observatory, San Francisco’s Regency Ballroom, Chicago’s Concord Music Hall, New York’s Terminal 5 and much more.
