Thom Sonny Green – ‘Phoenix‘ – Thom Sonny Green has shared a third track, ‘Phoenix,’ from his debut solo LP, “High Anxiety,” out August 19th via Sudden Records / Canvasback. ‘Phoenix‘ is the album’s uplifting midpoint that builds listeners up to the clouds before gently setting them back down and into the second half of the LP. “High Anxiety” is a departure from Thom‘s work as Alt-J‘s drummer, revealing his longstanding interest and talent in deep, cerebral electronic production. The album spans 21 diverse tracks made over the course of two years on tour with Alt-J and highlights Thom‘s versatility across different genres and soundscapes.
