Gigamesh – “Gigamix Vol. 1” – Matthew Masurka, AKA Gigamesh, is Minneapolis’ very own nu-disco prophet. His first paid project, a remix of Mike Posner‘s, ‘Cooler Than Me,’ peaked at number 6 on Billboard and reached multi-platinum sales. Gigamesh went on to release two EP’s titled “Gigamesh” and “All My Life” on Our Label Records and Kitsuné.
Today, Gigamesh dropped an inaugural mix – the first of a series of official mixes. “Gigamix Vol. 1” includes two unreleased songs that will be part of a project he’s been developing for the past few years. In many ways, this mix series will be the first peak at a new phase of Gigamesh‘s journey.
