Welcome again to A Weekly Review! This week we throw some Hard Dance in the mix, along with some extremely chilled out material from Jellis & Subsets, then finish up with a style of song I generally don’t care for – but I found one that struck me as very good. Let’s get started.
Tamerax – Arcade Generation
Extremely high energy and quite fun, Tamerax’s hard dance entry in this week’s weekly review hits hard and keeps it interesting every second of the way. This song reminds me of the music I would listen to when I was first getting into electronic music- stuff like BASSHUNTER and Matduke. I really love this song.
You can buy this song from Beatport.
Jellis & Subsets – Reborn
About as relaxed as anything I’ve found before, ‘Reborn’ was also a little bit of a new taste of what the chilled out music scene had to offer. Jellis & Subsets combine powers to bring us this amazing song, and if you’re even remotely into chillout, I would highly recommend giving this song a listen.
You can download this song for free from the Soundcloud page(s).
Code: Pandorum – Remember Me (False Panic Remix)
I am not a ‘trap’ person, but when this song came up automatically after listening to something else, I figured I’d give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. This song is the hardest hitting thing I think I have ever heard. It’s really, really interesting and fantastic. You don’t have to be a fan of the genre to be a fan of this song.
You can download this song for free from the Soundcloud page.
Thanks for joining us again this week! Hopefully it was fun to find some new and interesting music. Join us again next week for some more! And, as always, don’t forget to send in your own tunes to [email protected] for a chance to be featured here!
