ProgRAM today releases a four-piece EP from the skilled Need For Mirrors. He is back for a second time on Ram Records’ sister label, and this time comes bearing Royal Blood.
There is a high level of skill and finesse on display throughout the EP. Starting strongly with a driving sense of energy is ‘Royal Blood,’ which paves the way nicely for the crisp yet rolling ‘Midnight At Morley’s.’ Need For Mirrors shows us some sparkling musicality via means of flickering piano notes in ‘Keep Going,’ before coming to a more guttural finish with ‘Dummy.’
It’s a wicked EP, and one to hit up this weekend. Listen here.
