Since starting out as a duo back in 2010, the sounds of Pigeon Hole continue to amaze and delight. After a slew of seriously strong releases, they bring a new EP to the table via Minnesota’s label Outer Realms. The Noise Parade EP comes in at four tracks, with diverse influences scattered throughout.
Opening with the fierce tones of ‘Wolves,’ ‘Front Row’ is a sharply rhythmical follow up with edgy chopped vocals. ‘Symbols’ brings an element of hip-hop, whilst ‘Chamber’ closes off the set with swaying beats and almost hypnotic form.
Pigeon Hole says: “Noise Parade’ is a portrait of us at this very moment. It captures the spirit of what we believe is Pigeon Hole coming into our own. We worked hard, and we think it’s our best EP yet. We’re honored Minnesota believed in the project and wanted it as the first release on the new label. I feel it’s the first of many big things to come.”
