Next up on Rising Talent is Elliot Grubb, a young house DJ/Producer based in Edinburgh. Immediately kicking off the song, heavy bass hits, snares and claps fill the song, along with distorted vocals from the original track. This transitions into a tense set of chords, slowly hitting harder as risers envelop the song, kicking the song into high gear as it continues to build, with more drums and effects being put in and making the song infinitely tense until the drop. The drop is a hard-hitting deep house/electro house chorus, following suit of the beginning with deep bass hits and distorted vocals.

Overall, Elliot Grubb’s Bootleg of “Faithless – Insomnia” was a fun, festival-styled deep house track, with an aggressive bass and hard-hitting leads. A track well-suited to dance to, it’s easy to find joy in this track. You can listen to Elliot Grubb’s Bootleg below, or click here to go to his SoundCloud.
