Pendulum – ‘The Island Pt. 1 (Dawn)’ – Skrillex Remix – Skrillex has tackled Pendulum‘s 2010 anthem, ‘The Island Pt. 1 (Dawn).’ The Australian drum and bass group have unveiled this latest release from their upcoming remix album The Reworks (release coming June 29) taken from their platinum-selling LP Immersion, which topped the UK album charts.
A long-time supporter and fan, Skrillex said of the band, “I bought a Pendulum vinyl when I was sixteen and was on tour with my band From First To Last. It made me fall in love with drum and bass, and has been an inspiration to this day. It was an honor remixing ‘Island.'”
