Jakwob – ‘Lose Again‘ – Last month, UK producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist Linden Jay, gave us the first glimpse of his debut full-length album with brand new single ‘Lose Again.’ Teaming up with iconic vocalist Shola Ama, ‘Lose Again‘ presented a cohesive production from Linden as he meddled with elements of R&B, soul and garage to create a captivating tune.
Now that fans are well acquainted with the original track ‘Lose Again,’ Linden has since invited two esteemed fellow artists to join him on the production for official remixes. First up, ‘Lose Again‘ receives remix from legendary dubstep DJ and producer Jakwob. Reclaiming the single for the bass heads, Jakwob flips the track on its head and infuses it with wobbles, vocals distortions, and clever sonic inflections that truly transform the original into a brand new experience.
Up next, Linden invited UK Soulection recruit ROM to throw his spin on ‘Lose Again.’ Giving the track a more dreamy vibe, ROM flexes with the inclusion of guitar strums, melodic synth, and a slowed tempo to make for a truly mesmerizing sonic journey.
